6th December 2010

Dear Parents,

Thankfully we are back at school after the dire weather last week. The forecast is not so good but no snow is expected, so we shall remain open. Thank you for your co-operation.

Our annual Christmas Production by Years 1 & 2 will still go ahead this week as planned even though the children have not had as much rehearsal time as needed. I am sure that they will delight us! The Wednesday performance is at 10 o’clock for Year 1 parents and the Thursday performance is at the same time for Year 2 parents.

Our Christmas Fair had to be postponed due to the adverse weather – our Circle of Friends is now going to run it at 3.30 on Monday next, 13th December, straight after school. I do hope that you will be able to support it on that day – we would still be grateful for any parents who could volunteer to help at that time. I look forward to seeing you on the day.

Our Christmas lunch is on Thursday of this week. Tickets at £2 are on sale from tomorrow.

The Xmas Discos will still take place as advertised on Friday of this week.

A reminder that the end of term is at 3 o’clock on Friday 17th December and that the children should return on Wednesday 5th January.

Stay warm and have a wonderful Christmas!

Mr. G
