Mrs. Hann has volunteered to run a sewing club for parents on Wednesday evenings straight after school.  The aim of the club is to get you sewing.

Have you tried ‘wonder web’ but would love to learn how to hem a pair of trousers or a skirt?

Would you like to learn how to sew on a button?

Do you have a sewing machine in a cupboard gathering dust?  Bring it in and we’ll get it going.

The focus of the club will be up to you, we can learn how to make soft furnishings, use dress making patterns and do simple alterations.  Absolute beginners to more experienced sewers are all welcome.

Please contact the school office on 01702 468582 and leave a name and contact number if you are interested.  Once we have an idea of numbers, a preliminary meeting will be arranged where we can discuss what you would like to do.
